Question ram problem

i have i3 5005u 8gb ram 64bit intel hd graphic 5500 but my pc is not consuming more than 4.3-4.4gb ram why is it so

Is your computer detecting 8 gb of ram? If it is, then you are fine. It is just that not all the ram is being used.
