RAM Problems Need Help

So Iv'e had this build for a while and performance wise I have no problems but I haven't been able to get my RAM up to 3200 as my RAM allows.

Specs:
MSI B350 Gaming Pro
Ryzen 5 1600
G.Skill Ripkaws V Series DDR4 3200 8Gx2 (Dual channel) 16-16-18-18-38
RX 580 8G
Corsair CX750M
Win 10x64

My Motherboard reports my RAM @2133
CPU-Z reports my RAM @1066 with incorrect timings.

I've manually adjusted the timings and voltage as per specs of my RAM to no avail. Systems restarts many times then in my BIOS is reports adjusted memory as 2133.

My Bios is updated as well

I've already checked the compatibility and it's compatible up to 3200+oc
Sorry I didn't mention that before.
