[SOLVED] RAM Problems (noob)

I recently purchased the Corsair CMW16GX4M2C3200C16 Vengeance RGB PRO 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz C16 XMP 2.0 RAM kit for my pc.
I have checked my task manager and it only seems to be running at 2133mhz, i have gone into the BIOS and tried to use XMP 2.0 however my pc will not start.
anyone had this problem before?

What cpu and motherboard? Is the RAM in the correct slots for running 2 sticks of RAM?

ASRock B450M Pro4 AM4 M motherboard - then i have the ryzen 5 3600 cpu- in slot 2 and 4

Might be worth it. Newer BIOS’s can sometimes provide better RAM stability
