Question Ram Problems

hey guys i have a problem with my ram when i open Task manager
my ram speeds show 4000Mhz but my bios show me 3600Mhz and any orther progm. aswel

4000 Mhz
3600Mhz
i use G.Skill DDR4 16GB 4000 CL17 G.Skill KIT
and i have xmp profiles on

when you set the xmp, try to lower it at 3600mhz speed, save and reboot, then go back to bios, then select 4000mhz speed.

not working i set speed at 3800mhz and itz working great above 3800mhz, drop back to 3600mhz
