Hi, I have dell vostro 3750, with i5-2430m, and gt525m. There was 4gb stock ram, but I have one needless ram 1gb, with same brand, mhz, and etc. spec. I try to add that 1 gb to my laptop, and I feel better performance, mhz changed from 667 to 1333 mhz, windows rating also increased. So this 5 gb is enough, or make 8 gb ram system? Will I feel big difference or something? Hynix ram is good?

Solution
As syked3 says, depends on what you are doing. The corporation I contract for at the moment gives out 4GB i5 Dell's that are so over-encumbered with bloat that booting and opening Email + Word takes 15 minutes and alt-tab takes at least 30 seconds as it swaps everything in and out of RAM.

8GB at the moment is the 'no worries' sweet spot. Every GB is helpful, but I would suggest 8GB as a good working minimum (and RAM prices are very good at the moment, at least here in the UK)
