I have 2 ram slots in one i have 4gb and other i 8 gb cpu z is showing dual chanel so is aida 64 how is this posible?

Hi Susko.

Because Dual Channel will work for 4GB on each stick and the extra 4GB on the 8GB stick will work in Single Channel.

It is for 8GB of RAM on your 12GB.
