Question RAM Recommendation for Asus Tuf Gaming F15 FX507ZE-HN012 Notebook 2022

i7-12700h-rtx 3050 ti 95W
Samsung M425R1GB4BB0-CQKOL 16GB (2x8GB) DDR5 4800MHz SODIMM RAM

I search everywhere but do not find the qvl list

I hear g.skill ripjaws have samsung chip and corsair vengeance hynix chip (?).
kingston impact support xmp profile but i do not have Ai tweaker on bios because my notebook not designed for ram overclocking. (And lot of other brands like mushkin,goodram,adata etc)

What is the best 32 or 2x16 gb DDR5 ram for this notebook?

Well, there may be some differences with desktop modules, but for the most part manufacturers stick with max supported ram. So, in your case, DDR5 4800 max speed, with 16/32gb support.

Your CPUs IMC may be able to handle the higher spec ram, but without testing how will you know.

You should just try and get the same model Samsung. While mixing ram is not the choice, specially for desktops, where they may fail to work together. Laptops are much more forgiving though.
