Anyone got any good recommendations for Compatible ram sticks with my setup that is faster than 3600? Would same ram model but ddr5 also be compatible?

- (currently have G.skill Trident Z Rgb 32gb (2 X 16gb) ddr4 3600, and am looking for sticks preferably from gskill, but any other recommendations are fine as well)

i heard that it can slightly improve my fps, especially for cyberpunk that im playing right now

I would advise on picking up the same kit of ram that you have. Just make sure you're on the latest BIOS version before performing any upgrades.

We're going to need a little more context to make sense of what you heard. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Lastly, what is your budget for your ram purchase? What is your location? What is your preferred site for purchase?

Seeing as you're running an ADL CPU I wouldn't count on being able to run DDR4 memory at higher speed than you are now. Since DDR4 is no longer mainstream for current CPUs availability of lower latency kits is pretty bad as well. If you were interested in manually tuning and testing your memory until you can get it stable you could always get a kit of 4000-4400 and lower clocks/latency until it was stable.
