Question RAM running on 1067MHz with dual-channel set higher in BIOS (3200 MHz and 3600 MHz)

My memory is running on 1067 (checked by running cmd command "wmic memorychip get speed"). I've tried the usual solution which is enabling XMP (which is in my case A-XMP) and tried switching the dual-channel cards between each other, however the PC can't boot then (I'm assuming the motherboard needs it like this due to different ram card speeds).

Why is my RAM running at 1067MHz when in BIOS I've set it to 2667 MHz?

PC SPECS:
Ryzen 5 1600
Motherboard MSI B350
RipJaws 8GB 3200MHz DDR4
RipJaws 8GB 3600MHz DDR4
GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

My PC crashed multiple times after playing VALORANT while Chrome and Discord were open at the same time , so could this be the issue to it?

Please show screenshots from CPU-Z - memory and spd sections.

If you have different ram modules installed (not from same dual channel kit),
this may introduce compatibility problems.

Your ram is running at 2666mhz.

You're showing spd information from one ram module only.
If second ram module is different, then it would have different spd information.

Where do you see that it is running on 2666? What is this dram frequency?

In your 1st screenshot.
DRAM frequency 1330mhz. Multiply it by 2 and you get 2661.2mhz.
You have to do multiplication because it's DDR ram (double data rate).

What does task manager/perf/memory show for ram speed?
