Question Ram running slow

Hi Guys

wondering why my RAM is running at 2133 MHZ (says it on task manager)

current RAM:

2x: Corsair CMK16GX4M1D3000C16 Vengeance LPX 16 GB (1 x 16 GB) DDR4 3000MHz C16 XMP 2.0 High Performance Desktop Memory Kit - Black ​

Motherboard: Asus Tuf Gaming X570
CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: 2070 super on a Seasonic Focus GX 650
OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3800X. Carbide 275r case. 2 intake fans front and 2 rear exhaust
PARTS PREFERENCES: Nvidia. ideally a make, gigabyte/EVGA etc
OVERCLOCKING: no SLI OR CROSSFIRE: no

I sorted that, is running at 3000 now, i got a couple of notifications, can you just confirm for me there isn't anything for me to do/tweak/ve aware of

Here are the notes when i turn the docp on:
Performace is usually best when memory clock:fclk is 1:1
Maximum fclk stability around 1800mhz
Overvolting SOC may cause instability in gen 4.0 devices


And on exit
Ai Overclock tuner auto - - > docp
Memory freq: auto-->3000
Dram cas latency auto - - > 16
Trcdwr auto -->20
Trcdrd auto-->20
Dram ras pre time: auto - - > 20
Dram ras act time: auto-->38
Dram voltage auto - - >1.35
