RAM is working at 1197 mhz instead of 3000 according to CPU-Z. Is that normal?

I never checked the specifications before i ugpraded, but i recently got 2 more sticks of RAM, moving from 32GB to 64GB, the sticks werent the same model, but they came from the same producer ADATA, same speed and voltage and specification, just different production date and colour.

Motherboard is Gigabyte X399 Aorus Gaming 7

Processor is AMD Ryzen 1950x Threadripper

Solution
It's probably running at 2400MHz (2x1197), you need to try and load the XMP profiles for the RAM in the BIOS. Hopefully the profiles will work ok. Then they should be running at 1500 in CPU-Z which equates to 3000MHz.

I added ones with the same mhz rating and same voltage, I will try to get into bios now to see if I can set it to 3000mhz but the bios settings are a little funny for me always :D I'll try my best
