Should i spend money on 16GB 6400MHz CL32? Will it work with 6400MHz?

I have a budget and the motherboard supports up to 7600MHz. But my question is will it work on 6400MHz with i5-12400 CPU or i shouldn't spend money.

You need to look up the specific memory model number to determine your compatibility, but yes any board that supports up to 7600MHz will support the very common 6400 MHz speed as a general matter.

I bought today the RAM and on the package it says it's 6400 MT/s. It's not same as MHz right?
How much MT/s should i look for? Can you prefer any model?

Should you buy 6400 ram?... Probably not if it is more expensive.
Excepting for integrated graphics(which your F model does not support) faster ram makes little difference to Intel performance.

My reading says that 6400 is supported.
