Question Ram speed problem

Hello guys so yesterday my rams arrived corsair lpx vengance 2x8gb 3200mhz 16cl , im intalled them to the motherboard Asrock H510 HDV when im turn on the pc and see the ram speed its only showing me 2133 mhz 15cl
and i have i5 10400f its should run 2666 mhz not to 2133mhz and the rams supports xpm 2.0 and the motherboard too and i dont see that option in the bios setting.

i have my older ram is crucial 2400 mhz 17 cl when im installed it is showing perfect 2400 mhz but when im put corsair 3200 mhz its showing me 2133mhz .
i hope someone help me here

Can you parse a link to the motherboard you're working with? ASRock have a number of H510 HDV boards in their portfolio. Which BIOS version are you currently working with?
