Cpu:amd a10 9700
Mobo: gigabyte ga ab350m gaming 3
Ram: unbrand 4gb ddr4 2133(already oc to 2400)

I want add a new ram to my system, cpu can only support 2400mhz, i want to buy kingston hyperx 8gb 2666mhz because i have plan to upgrade my cpu. Will kingston hyperx auto underclock my ram to 2400?

Ram will have a slow default speed so you can get into bios and select a higher speed.
I would expect the Kingston ram to work.

But... you need to check that the ram will be supported by your cpu upgrade as well as your current processor.
Here is the motherboard ram QVL list for your motherboard.
It is slightly different, depending on the processor installed:
https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/GA-AB350M-Gaming-3-rev-1x#support-doc

As an alternative, go to the Kingston ram selection app and enter your motherboard.
You will then get a list of supported ram kits.
