RAM stick compatibility

I'm having trouble upgrading DDR3 RAM in my museum PC that I got to use at work.

Mobo: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/G41M-VS3/
Old stick: http://www.adata-group.com/index.php?action=product_specification&cid=6&piid=49&lan=en (it's not running in the OC 1333 mode)
New sticks: http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/KVR16N11S8_4.pdf

BIOS is the Megatrends v2.67.

If I just try to put either one of the new sticks (after removing the old one), the monitors get no signal whatsoever and I can't even get to BIOS. I'm sure that the stick is mounted correctly, fans on CPU/GPU spin fine so RAM seems to be the only issue.

I've tried to change the Voltage from Auto to 1.5V (that what it says on the new stick), but that didn't help. Anything I can do or are those new sticks simply incompatible with that mobo?

Solution
Motherboard supports DDR3 1333(OC)/1066/800 non-ECC, un-buffered memory.
Core 2 Duo CPU supports DDR3-1066.
New RAM is DDR3-1600.

The motherboard was able to support DDR3-1333 RAM and run it as DDR3-1066 for the CPU.
The motherboard does not support DDR3-1600.

Eh, that's what I thought, only I was somewhat confused by when it is possible to run DDR at lowered frequency.

I did not, I was testing them one by one.
