Ram stick problem, not working for some reason

Hello,
I bought 16gb of Corsair ddr4 ram at 2133 MHz.
But I have a problem. When I put one of the ram sticks, my computer works. But, if I plug the other one, my PC will not even turn on. Same thing if If I plug both the ram sticks.

Does anyone have the solution to my problem?

My system:
16gb Corsair ddr4 vengeance lpx 2133Mhz
Mobo: Asus ROG strix b350f gaming
Ryzen 5 2600x
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580

I updated my bios at the most recent version (4207)

Help me please.

Sounds like you have one dead ram stick. Contact Corsair to warranty exchange the pair.

Sure but it is kinda wired
Because there is no damage marks

Just means the damage is inside a chip where the 'wires' are 100 times thinner then a human hair.
