Question Ram stuck at 2133mhz

Motherboard is a ASUS Prime B550-Plus
Ram is 4x16gb Corsair Vengeance RGB 3600mhz
Power Supply is EVGA 850 GT
CPU is AMD Ryzen 7 5700k
GPU is Gigabyte GTX 3060 Vision
Coolermaster CPU Liquid Cooled

I just got the new RAM sticks in today, originally had A1/B1 slots not working and got them to work somehow (just lots of unplugging and replugging and finally posted) but now in BIOS its stuck at 2133mhz when they can read at 3600mhz. Any ounce of push for a higher speed, PC goes into a fault of DRAM going yellow on the motherboard and eventually forcing back into BIOS. I have updated my BIOS, tried resetting my CMOSS and updated all my drivers. Can anyone help me why its not letting me up the mhz on my RAM?
