Question Ram Stuck On 50% Usage

Hi, I recently switched my ram and I got 2x8GB RAM. On idle it uses about 30-40% (~5-6GB) and when I'm playing games it's always on 49% or 50%. It won't go up, nor down. Is that normal or not? thanks

What were you working with prior to the upgrade? As for the upgrade, did you get a kit r a matching set of rams from the same maker? Check and see which BIOS version you're currently on for your motherboard. Also, what are the specs for your system?

Hi, before I upgraded I used a 8GB ram, no idea what was the name. It definitely wasn't gskill or those popular brands. I now got G.Skill 2x8GB Aegis DDR4 3200 MHz, and both are the same model. The motherboard is up to date, it's a B450 Aorus Elite running version F52.

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X
Motherboard: B450 Aorus Elite
Ram: G.Skill 2x8GB Aegis DDR4 3200 MHz
HDD: Toshiba P300 1TB
SSD: KINGSTON SKC2000M8250G 250GB
GPU: AMD RX 580
PSU: LC Power LC500H-12 500W
Case: No idea
OS: Windows 10 2004 (OS Build 20190.1000)

I've tried completely factory resetting the windows, still happening.
