hi guys, want to ask about ram timing.

this is my screenshot in CPU-Z :

this my ram : http://ap.apacer.com/products/specification/DDR3-Single-Channel-Black%20Panther-DDR3-1600

it said in the website that it has 9-9-9-27, why in cpu-z it say 11-11-11-28? is this because i revert the BIOS to default before? i dont remeber the setting before i set default to bios though.

and also i got 2 times bluescreen in 2 week, it say page fault or something so i think this BSOD connected with this wrong ram timing.

anyone got solution ? need help, i'm afraid to mess with BIOS setting 🙁 cause i never touch the RAM timing

Solution
You can try it that way - with the DRAM running properly it may pick up a couple 3 degrees, before the timings were loose and the MC didn't work as hard, now it's turning things over as it should, once all settled in, may see a slight temp drop
What does the SPD tab show? I think some ddr3-1333 ram I had before was advertised as 7-7-7-20, but according to the SPD tab it would only use those timings at 533 MHz (ddr3-1066 speed), whereas the memory profile for 667 MHz (ddr3-1333) used higher values.

this is the SPD tab, when i choose XMP Profile in BIOS it said 9-9-9-27, but I afraid to chose them. since i never touch ram setting before

what about the voltage? in the website it said run on 1.65v but in CPU-Z it said 1.5v.
should i change it manually to 1.65v? or leave it in 1.5v?

FYI: i set all my BIOS setting in auto, also i never update my BIOS or anything.

this is my mobo : http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20H87%20Performance/

this is the result after enabling XMP 😀

the CR become 2T is it fine? this XMP profile dont affect CPU or anything right?

for now there's no crash or anything 😉 , i will report ASAP when crash or BSOD occured.

last question, will turing XMP on void my processor warranty?

ok. anyway you know why the DRAM Frequency changed? before it was 799.9 MHz and now it's 799.6Mhz even i change it back to original setting.
