Question Ram type and frequency

Hello. I have encountered a problem when I tried to buy some more RAM in order to upgrade my laptop.( First time buying RAM memory).
My laptop: Acer [Aspire] E5 573 50JK.
The details sticker on it says 4GB RAM DDR3 L.
When I look for the laptop online I find sites that says it has DDR3 and some that say DDR3L, but all say it is 1600 MHz frequency.
Now, I downloaded CPU Z in order to check if my RAM is dual channel , and I don't understand what the frequency is. Also I know I have to consider the CL of RAM?

My question is what kind of RAM I must purchase? DDR3 OR DDR3L? 1600MHz? And what CL?
