I’ve built my pc for around 6 months now, recently found out that my RAM was underclocked to 2134 MHz in Windows Task Manager.
Both RAM is on dual channel 2 and 4 slots, and it’s supposed to be 3600 MHz. So I’m quite concerned, it should have 30-40% more performance which it wasn’t.
Going into the OC Tweaker in Bios, I changed the auto frequency detection to DDR4-3600, it reboots few times, after failing, Auto RAM detection overrides (far as I can tell) the DDR4-3600 and boots with the “original” clockspeed of 2133 MHz shown in Windows.

Is there a way I can use my RAM to it’s full potential? (ง’̀-‘́)ง

What EXACT model RAM do you have ?
You need to look on the QVL for your MB and see if it is listed and what speeds your MB can run those exact RAM sticks at.
https://asrock.com/MB/AMD/X470 Master SLIac/index.asp#MemoryPR

From what I see on their QVL the max speed your MB supports is 2933 for the 16 GB G.Skill kits it supports.

So I'd try setting it at 2933 and see if that works.
If it does work at 2933 then you can then try setting it at 3000, 3200, etc. and see how fast you can get it before it becomes unstable.

PS
G.Skill only lists mostly 2933 kits and only 2 kits that will work at 3200 on your MB:

And there are NO SniperX kits listed so you may be stuck with running them at 2133.

There are moments in life where you busted yourself lying that your memory is actually on A1 and B1 slots and not A2 B2, but you had to come clean to save humanity. Yes, I’ve made a mistake, after revisiting the manual, I found out it was on the wrong slot making it single channel and clocked to 2133. (Pinnacle Ridge)

God, 6 months now and I was on single channel and underclocked this whole time, it’s time to truly experience what I paid for. Problem solved! <3
