Question Ram underperforming--getting 2300mhz not 3200mhz

I recently switched to a new mobo and my ram started performing way below than what it used to.

Kit:
CPU-Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU-gtx zotac 1070
Ram-CORSAIR 32GB 2X16 RGB D4 3200 C16
MOBO- Gigabyte aorus x570 elite

before I recently switched to the gigabyte mobo, I had an ASUS hero vi wifi.

I have tried the following:

1)enable the XMP profile (3200) and nothing happened.

1. increased the voltage to 1.35, nothing.
2. installed the gigabyte mobo software and used the easy tune app in hopes that would help, nothing.

Even with the XMP profile enabled and voltage increased it still does not perform at 3200mhz.

Any other suggestions?

RAM seated in A2-B2 slots? Do you have the latest BIOS update for your board?

What is the model of that Corsair RAM? Vengeance? What is the model number?

It is running much more efficiently now!!!

I simply moved the RAM into A2-B2 and it's working at 91% now.
