Question RAM Upgrade No Display Issue

RAM upgrade, pc boots, no display.
MSI b450i gaming plus ac Ryzen 7 3700x
Old Ram: Gskill 2x8 3200mhz
New Ram that causes issues: Gskill 2x16 3600mhz
I understand that my motherboard wont support 3600mhz but I figured I could tweak the bios to run a different speed. PC wont display even at lower frequencies. Boots and displays just fine with old ram. Any suggestions? RAM seating or placement is not an issue.

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard at this moment of time?

Have you looked through the memory support list to see if your exact model of Gskill ram is listed? Some models do support 3600 MHz with a 3700x CPU.
