[SOLVED] RAM Upgrade Question

I have a Ryzen 3 2200G with an Asrock AB350m Pro4 motherboard, and 2 sticks of 4GB of RAM (3000 MHz)

I believe it's time to upgrade, and I'd like to know whether I can put two more 4-gigabyte sticks or no...

Should I buy 2x16 or
add another 2x4 ? Is there any difference?

As RAM is picky, particularily on AMD platforms, I’d sell the present memory modules and buy a kit (2 x 16GB, or 2 x 8GB) that is on the QVL list.
