I am trying to add an additional 16 gb ram, unfortunately the same model is not available.

My current 16 gb ram is G.SKILL Ripjaws V 16GB (1 * 16GB) DDR4 3000 MHz CL16-18-18-38 1.35V Desktop Memory RAM - F4-3000C16S-16GVRB , while I am looking to buy Corsair 16 GB Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000MHz C16 XMP 2.0 Desktop Memory - Black 1.35 v and tested latency is 16-20-20-38 . Now question is speed MHz, voltage are same but tested latency is not, will they both work together? or the system can be unstable?

Thanks
