[SOLVED] Ram upgrade

Im upgrading the RAM in my laptop and found 2 different sellers. Dell.com sells what i need at 100 dollars and Crucial.com sells what i need at 40 dollars(same specs and everything). the only difference is the stickers name, is it ok to buy the 40 dollar one?

If its the same exact ram for 60 dollars cheaper then go ahead and buy it. Warning however. Some laptops (some older ones) have hardware locks on them, so you might need to buy manufacturer specific or something.

If it's an older laptop you can probably get the original dell ram used for $20.
