Hi guys. I need some help, as I am very confused.
I own an ASUS ROG GL553VE and i am looking to upgrade my ram.
I can not find the max frequency supported by the motherboard, as i can't find information about the motherboard itself. Also, is it bad if i upgrade to a higher frequency ram than my laptop supports?

Also, can i get an opinion about this kit? It fits my budget and my needs for DRAM memory.

Thank you in advance!

Neither can I for this board of this laptop, would be nice if they had a memory QVL List to see supported memory.

Nope, it will just run at the max frequency that your laptop's motherboard supports and by your CPU's memory support.

ASUS ROG GL553VE Specs
Uses a Intel Kaby Lake Core i7-7700HQ CPU
Which has memory support of

DDR4-2400, LPDDR3-2133, DDR3L-1600

Its not hazardous to put in a 3200 Mhz RAM, it will run at a freq of 2400 Mhz instead...

..

Your computer will work just fine if you install the faster RAM. It will simply run at the slower 1333Mhz speed.
Your motherboard will recognize those faster RAM sticks as being compatible (because they are) and allow the system to boot up and operate normally after you install them.
