Ram upgrade

So looking at adding more ram, but I can't find my current ram anywhere. I found ALMOST the exact same ram, want to know if its ok.

Motherboard: Asus crosshair formula IV

Current ram DDR3 1600 C7 4GB

Ram I am looking at DDR3 1600 C7 4GB

The only difference I really see is the timing, 7-7-7-20 vs 7-8-7-20. Will this matter?

Also, one mentions Intel support, one mentions AMD support. Doubt it matter right?

Logically, it shouldn't matter , but , the main deciding fact is the Asus Board, and they are known to be very finicky about the RAM.
