[SOLVED] Ram won't set to its rated speed

My ram is not setting at 3200mhz. It's stuck at 2133mhz. I tried setting the timings myself, turning on XMP and it won't work. What do I do?

I use a Ryzen 5 2600

16gb of Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro

There are timings on the actual ram itself. So I read the labels, copied it. Even the voltage. In my case, the labels were 16 - 18 - 18 - 36. I proceeded to disable XMP and tried 16 - 18 - 18 - 18 - 36 and 1.35 voltage, finally worked
