On CPU-Z it says DRAM is 665.5 which if i understand you multiply by 2 and get 1,330.What makes you think DRAM speed is only 665?

You have 2666 ram which clocks down to 2400 speed.
Unfortunately i have a Lenovo and the bios for the thinkpad doesn't have options line xmp in it,If you look in your laptops bios you may be able to set the ram speed to 2666/7.
