I wanted to upgrade my RAM . I have dual slot with 8 GB in it. I want to upgrade to 24 GB by adding 16GB, but I got suggestion that it is not true dual ,it will affect performance but I am not willing to buy 8gb what sld i do?

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
