Rampage II BIOS Settings ?

Could someone more experienced with overclocking please provide me with their own BIOS adjustments - or suggestions - that would allow me to run the following new machine both stable, but at the same time using its full potential:

- Intel Core i7 920 2.66GHz 8M L3 Cache 4.8GT/sec QPI Hyper-Threading Turbo Boost LGA1366 Processor
- ASUS Rampage II Extreme Motherboard
- 2 x OCZ OCZ3RPR1800LV6GK 6 GB DDR3 PC3-14400 1800MHz Reaper HPC Triple Channel RAM Kit
- 2 x Western Digital Caviar Green 1 TB Bulk/OEM Hard Drive 3.5 Inch, 32 MB Cache, 7200 RPM SATA II WD10EADS HDD
- Zalman GS1000 Case
- Gainward 9800GTX+ Graphics Card
- Zalman ZM850-HP Power Supply
- Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 CPU Cooler - LGA1366, Core i7 Support, Copper Base, Copper Heatpipes, Aluminum Fins

Thanks for your response. The video link is the perfect beginners tutorial. I will stick to the advice given since it is matched by most chat room conversations I have recently been reading. The only open question is overclocking my RAM. I will have 16 GB of 1800 Mhz RAM from OCZ. Should I be happy with this speed, or can I push it a little - like 1866? I will not exceed the 1.65v recommendation - so I am unclear if this type of overclock will even be stable without more voltage.
