Rampage III Extreme fits case?

So just a little question my dad got a new case for his Asus Rampage III Extreme.

So today when i got home my dad got a new case but he did some measuring and he thinks the mobo wont fit and we dont want to really try putting it in incase we damage the case and are not able to return it. So it would be nice if someone could help us out.

I just tryed it and it doesn't fit probably by a inch.

Update:
this mobo or any other motherboard thats 30.5 x 26,9 cm will NOT fit the define S unless you modify the case like my dad did.
