Rampage IV Extream Shutdown Problems

computer will shut completely down when sleeping on random. when I hit the power button to turn it on either it wont come back on or it will for a short period with a 6F debug code then completely shut down again. When I try to turn it back on it wont. I have to kill power to the power supply and let it sit for five min then power it back up. Im running windows 8.1 64bit

Whats the rest of the systems specs including the make and model of the PSU.

Im running a seasonic 1050w X series PSU, Intel i7 hex core 3.2 sandy Bridge, GIGABYTE HD 7970 3GB OC, 32 GB G Skill F3-12800CL9-4GBXL Ram, my MB is a ASUS Rampage Extreme IV.

Well, i'd say you either have a malfunctioning PSU or motherboard. Something to try is remove half the ram, using 8x4Gb sticks maybe overloading the memory controller.
