According to the ASUS QVL, i cant see the 3200mhz ram supported by this board, i am using i7 6850K. So wt is the ram suggested?

QVL is not an all-inclusive list, but does provide examples of what works.

Non-overclocked memory is:
Max Memory Size (dependent on memory type) 128 GB
Memory Types DDR4 2400/2133
Max # of Memory Channels 4

OC speeds up to DDR4 3300 are supported.

I am new to OC but i would like to try to OC, would a 3200 mhz 16gb*4 be prefered?

That's 64GB, will you be needing that much? Asking what all you will be doing with the rig If indeed wanting 64 would look to the GSkill Ripjaws V or Trident Z in 3200/15 - they also have 3200/14 which might be a little tougher to run, as is will prob need an OC of the CPU to run 64 at 3200. Something like

Might be more than fine with 32GB, I'd look at the same sets in 4x8GB save the extra money and can go into a better GPU, more drive space, etc

I like both, the Trident Z are normally just a bit stronger, so that's what I'm running currently
