After a new pc build and installing some programs and games, a BSOD occured on loop, managed to fix the loop but the BSOD still occured on restarts and the pc crashed on its own some times. I tested the rams with windows memory diagnostics and it showed a hardware problem. Now the thing is I reinstalled windows and no more BSOD or crashes occur and the memory speed is stable. Does that mean the problem was in the software or do i have to re test the rams and if a problem occur replace them?
I have 16 gb x 2 corsair lpx vengeance 3200 mHz on xmp I, and the motherboard is a maximus xi hero wifi

What application did you use to test the memory? Also, have you tried setting your memory to a slower speed (like the default 2133 setting) to see if the system stabilizes?
I used the windows memory diagnostic which is present in all windows 10, and yes i did set the speed to default 2133 before the new windows installation and the BSOD still occured
