Hi everybody I recently bought new PC : AMD RYZEN 5 -1600, 1 stick of Crucial ballistix elite 8 GB DDR4 2666 mhz RAM with GTX 1060 - 6GB after couple of months i decided to buy another RAM stick because i was getting real stutter in games maybe cause of single channel. I bought the same ram with same timings i put it in dual channel config. and the games are smooth as butter, but after 10 min or less they all crash (not windows just games ) i know that you should allways buy two rams in one KIT but i didnt have money back then, i tried bios and set rams to auto mode and now its fine but they are underclocked to 2400 Mhz. Can somebody help me with timings?

You are not missing much at 2400 instead of 2666, actually nothing you can notice except in benchmarks. The rest up to BIOS so see if you have latest one with AGESA 1006a code. Processor IMC is capable of more than 4000MHz so only BIOS may stop it short.

I have AGESA 1006 but i was bit scared of updating BIOS . What if it fails to boot after update? And also ima using stock heatsink from package. Can I overclok it a bit or you dont recommend doing so? My current CPU temp is at max 60°C when gaming.

well when i bought this MB it only have max 2666 MHZ DDR4 support and after BIOS update to AGESA 1006 they added 3200+ mhz so I was really pissed. Is there any formula how does CPU frequency correlate to voltage cause I have no clue

Yes. most XMP profiles also set RAM voltage and for most it's 1.35 at all frequencies over the base 2133MHz. If you fire up CPU-Z in SPD tab you can see what options there are.
With one stick of RAM dual channel is not possible and at least two sticks also have to be in certain slots as manual can show you.

Now i have two ram sticks 2x 8GB (A2 and B2 slot) of same model but as i mentioned they are not from one KIT so not paired they only work when auto mode for ram is enabled. If i try XMP profile (2666mhz) all games crash to desktop after few minutes.
