Question Ramsta Ram Review

I'm going to build a low end pc. I heard about Ramsta ram. They are cheaper than other brands. I wanna buy 2*4gb ddr4 2400mhz kit. Does it worth buying?

At the end of the day, RAM is RAM, provided it works as intended. Brand isn't particularly relevant.

However, I've never heard of "Ramsta" and, with a quick Google search, would appear to be just a white-label product (something manufactured en masse, and rebranded by others).

It strikes me as odd that 2400MHz DDR4 is miraculously CL11?
That CL is in Corsair DomPlat territory (2400MHz @ CL10) or Kingston Savage (2400MHz @ CL12). The "cheap" stuff tends to fall into 2400/CL15-16 territory.
