Ran into a bsod, pc wont start

So i turned my pc on after a vacation and it worked just fine until i clicked refresh on my desktop. Now my gpu is experiencing a lot of problems, like keeping a lot of noices and rebooting my whole system. And the gpu shows 2 red lights and beeps
Some specs:
CPU: Amd athlon II x2 2,2 Ghz
Motherboard: ASUS M2N68-VM
GPU: Asus radeon 4870 512mb
Ram: 4gb ddr2

Oh, yeah and btw only my fans start spinning, monitor doesn't show anything.

Check the display cable . See if led is on or not on keyboard

Display cable is fine and tight in both monitor and pc, keyboard has no lights on.

I guess that's a ram issue . Can you get any spare ram to check ?

Disconnect all the PSU cables from Mobo . Try cleaning the CPU and change the thermal paste and reassemble and try boot again

Solved: my other ram stiks was broken

Update: not broken, just filled with dust and shit
