Question Random 100% disk usage

Basically, my disk usage jumps up to 100% and my pc freezes. I've tried a lot but can't name it, will try anything suggested.

My build is:
ASROCK B450 Pro4
Ryzen 5 2600
GTX 1660 ti
2x16GB Corsair
Samsung 860 Evo 1TB
bequiet! System Power 9 500W
Windows 10

Does task manager give a clue as to a process causing high disk usage?

sometimes it's something reasonable like steam going on 140mb/s and sometimes it's just some random application having 0.1mb/s

Drive could be going bad or bad sectors, you could offload important data then wipe your HD.

Do you have the ram in the proper slots?.....see the manual.
Do you have xmp/docp enabled in the bios?
Did you run UBM like I asked?
Reboot/wait/run UBM with the browser closed.

I mean it could be possible even tho my SSD has been in use for like 6 months

Starting at the cpu and counting toward the edge of the mobo.
The ram should be in slots 2+4.

UBM is showing your ram is running slow.

UBM is showing you have a lot of background stuff running perhaps make your startup group skinny.

I can't put the ram in slot 2 + 4 since my cpu cooler is barely blocking the 4th ram slot(no I can't move it I have tried before). I'll see what I can do and reply once I have tried again.
