Recently ran WinDirStat and located a 108.3 GB file on my HDD. File was created and last modified September 24th. File name is:
"tmpglj3giiZbMt5Il0rMNCnxNGeIjulCvIkQI4kFknPJ-5epsLOG9SbuLMQJAKxDaritMOH0ZtVpfA2o4GUXL2AOF_u_tgqfLLLhganAO5F-Vw_A3rYM1O5ZLM1znk2pUeiF4RTYbQyxOLVul8TK7rqMxyeaBnGm8a2_4bls-_cl1MOcmbRjMbGcVGVN26R9KqqBLWfZpyj7-THUm2o9N8356W3qts2Hp7xfWqZvMc1tfFdv9CN5UP1AdfZwvC"
- and the file type is: "file".
I figured this could either be some temp file (as the file name starts with "tmp") but I suppose it could also be a backup file of some sort.

What I'm wondering is if I can safely delete this file - and also what it even is?

This was found on my secondary hard drive, my HDD. I use an SSD as my boot option.

Solution
It sure looks like some kind of temporary work file to me. If you're concerned about it, you could copy it to an external drive first, but if it were me, I'd delete it.
