Question random 99% fps drops (nvidia experience)?

for some reason my 99% fps keeps dropping fairly drastically and causes massive stutters when is run certain games e.g. battlefield V with DX12 and rtx on even with dlss and Vsync. im using an rtx 4070, anyone have any fixes?

OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Did you perform a GPU upgrade or a GPU driver update before this issue cropped up?

i have tried it and it is not as bad but it does happen in other games that don't support ray tracing

And you still didn't list all the parts your using.
RTX makes a big performance drop in games, your problem could be anything from thermal throttling to a cheap power supply.

all i know is that i have, an rtx 4070 with a ryzen 5 5600 (cpu) with an ASrock b550m-itx/ac (motherboard) kingston ddr4 (ram)
