Question Random artifacts on screen, then PC crashes ?

I dont know what causes it . After my system boots up some artifacts appear and my screen freezes and then BSOD appears Stating - 'VIDEO SCHEDULER INTERNAL ERROR ' and my then my pc restarts . I couldnt diagnose the problem ,Community Please help me with this .
Ive tried
1) Resinstalled windows
2 sys scan
3 )updated gpu driver

1. reset my pc
2. uninstalled all apps
3. sfc scanned my pc for corrupted Nd fixed it

But problem still persists

My PC specs:

MSI b450 tomahawk
Ryzen 5 3600
Asus rog strix 1070
2 x 8gb corsair vengence 3000Mhz ram

check cpu/gpu temp?
