random audio ads playing in the background

So this is pretty new to me and i need some really help if possible im having random ads playing in the background and i have no clue what to do ive tryed TDSSKILLER, and that did nothing help mee

You probably have malware and adware on the system.
Boot into safe mode with networking and run a full virus scan with Malware Bytes (found here: http://downloads.malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php)

Then run adwcleaner as admin (found here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/dl/125/)

i am running a full scan with malwarebytes at the moment but im not in safe mode i would like to finish the scan before going into safe mode and running adwcleaner is that a ok thing to do ?

You should always run virus scans in safe mode with networking. If you run it in normal Windows, the potential threats can prevent the malware cleaner from deleting them.
Run Adwcleaner AFTER you have finished the virus scan, also in safe mode.

should i let the scan finish im almost 2 hours into it and it has found 194 objects ?

It won't matter either way, it will find more in safe mode anyway. You should finish now (press stop at the bottom right corner) and delete what it has already found, then restart the scan in safe mode.

all i see in the bottom right while scanning is abort scan and pause scan not sure what abort will do i might just close it or will that let me delete the stuff found ?

Select Abort Scan. It will let you select all of the infected files and delete them.
