Question Random black screen flickering?

Hello again having some weird flickering either watching videos or gaming i use a dual monitor setup for 2 years in a half the problem is my msi monitor 144hz thats doing it and it just started happening in a middle of a video the nvidia driver i had was over a week old which i assume is not a driver problem since everything been fine.

This seem to happen when i install nvidia i was thinking could be my gpu messing up (planning to upgrade next month) or my monitor

I tried these but problems still occur
-swapping display ports and hdmi
-trying another pc setup
-reinstall drivers using ddu tried 3 version from latest to previous
-use the other pc monitor and have 0 flickering
-turn off gsync
-turn off freesync
-ncp had power on prefer maximum performance
-tried running videos store on my pc on my phone running for 30 mins no flickering
-reseating my gpu

Guessing i need to get a new one?

GPU: MSI GAMING X GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER 8 GB Video Card
PSU: Corsair RM850x (2018) 850 W 80+ Gold
Monitor: MSI Optix MAG321CQR 32" WQHD 1ms 2560 x 1440 Resolution 144Hz
Monitor#2: Samsung 40 inch TV 60hz 1080p

I am not entirely sure if i am right or not but have you tried reinstalling the RAM? Black screen flickers are mainly caused by the ram. But if switching to another monitor removed the flickering my other guess would be the monitor. But I could be wrong. if you have another gpu you could insert in to your current PC and check if the monitor still doing it.

Yes i forgot i made this thread and my issue was my monitor the flickering kept happening on different pc setups and tried multiple monitors on my main setup and no problems so last week i end up getting a new monitor and never had those black flickering again.
