Random black screen to restart

I just had opened my pc and let it idle for a couple of min.I opened the browser and after 20 minutes i see black screen and then it restarts.I don't know what happened.It has never happened before and never happened while gaming.The pc is kinda new too(6 months old).I also had some random blue screens for once only and they never appeared again.Is it possible that this goes away too?Sorry if i forgot something

These are my specs:
GPU: Gtx 980
CPU: i5 6600k and i have watercooling on my cpu
Motherboard:z170
PSU:Corsair Rm 650
RAM : 2133 mhz 2x8GB
SSD:120gb(i have windows installed on it)
and another 1tb hard drive for games.
And i also have a ups of 480 watts.
OS:Windows 10 64bit

nothing is overclocked.

1st try updating all the drivers
THEN
BSOD in most cases is a memory issue your 2 choices are run memtest86 for like 8 hours to test it
OR take out 1 memory stick and see if issue disappears if not switch the sticks again see if still having issues
IF still issues and its not memory will need to do further troubleshooting

i have seen 2 blue screens with different messages but they only appeared once and i have downloaded who crashed and it doesn't seem like a memory problem (i think).These problems have appeared once and never again
