Question Random black screen

I have an RX 570 for about 2 weeks and i have random black screens. This happens all the time, while gaming and while searching on the web. I tried different drivers, i clean installed the Windows but no results. How can i resolve the issue?

• CPU:Intel core i5-3470
• Gpu: Sapphire Rx 570 ITX
• Ram: 8gb DDR3
• MBD: HP Pro 3500
• PSU: 600w
• HDD: Seagate Barracuda 500gb

Have you made a clean install (DDU) of the driver ?

How old is your PSU ? Specific brand and model ?

Yes i did. My PSU is 2 weeks old, it’s an Njoy titan 600w.

Avoid using this particular PSU model to power up your RIG. That's not a very good power supply. If possible, grab yourself some other high quality PSU from reputed/common brands like SEASONIC, EVGA, Corsair, FSP, Antec, BE Quiet etc.

I don’t think this can resolve, the issue. I heard goods fron this psu.

So I have had a common issue such as yours with my rig. I uninstalled the GPU drivers and reinstalled them. Followed by tinkering with the monitor settings and changing the monitor resolution. Your monitor might not accept a certain hertz, so please take a look at your drivers for display and post them up. Let me know where you are after these solutions.
