Random black screens when uninstalling graphic drivers and whilst playing Tomb raider

I've had this issue recently where every time I try and uninstall my Amd graphic drivers I get a black screen, not completely black though but I have to always reboot when it happens. It also has happened twice on Tomb raider but I haven't came into any problems on other games. I'm guessing it's a graphics card issue but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

My card is an Amd radeon hd 7850 2gb. I have a Corsair cx 600 watt psu that's 80+ bronze certified. I have a slight overclock on the graphics card but I don't think that's the problem because the first time it happened on Tomb raider and the times when I wanted to uninstall my drivers, it was on stock so that can't be the issue.

The cx600 will easily power your system so the PSU is not the issue.

What are your CPU and GPU temps under load?
