Random BSOD. Computer randomly gets blue screen

My computer randomly blue screen every month or so. Whether its gaming, surfing the web, watching streams it will crash randomly. I don't know how I should go about fixing this issue. I have read the minidumps and most of the crashes happened by the same issue. The bug check code is 0x00000124 which i have about 13 minidumps for, in the course of 6 months.

Is it overclocked.

No it is not overclocked. Should i unpark my cores? I haven't changed any settings for the cpu, its all on default settings.

update your bios and do a fresh install
