Question Random BSOD with different errors.

I have been getting random BSOD with different errors, the most common being IRQL not less or equal. I have done all troubleshooting steps i have found online and nothing has fixed it, Im thinking it is a hardware issue but i have no clue what to look at first.

Troubleshooting steps i have done-
wiped computer clean and reinstalled windows
swapped ports for my ram
cleaned pc
ran RFC
ran memory diagnostic
made sure all drivers are up to date
i have uninstalled hhd, and then ssd to make sure neither were bad
installed a new psu (i did this after i started getting blue screens because everything i read said power was the issue)
disabled memory cache
unplugged all usb devices

system specs-
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
nvidia geforce 1650 super
16 gb ram (2 8gb sticks)
asus b350 plus motherboard
650w psu

What brand speed etc for ram?

What brand and model psu?
